Malformed pppoe-server.service systemd unit file

Description of problem:
The pppoe-server.service unit file for systemd is missing a [Unit] section at the top, so systemd is skipping the section.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl show -p After -p Description pppoe-server.service
After=syslog.target systemd-stdout-syslog-bridge.socket basic.target
The pppoe-server.service file needs "[Unit]" adding as the first line.
it's fixed in rp-pppoe-3.10-12
rp-pppoe-3.10-12.fc17 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 17.
rp-pppoe-3.10-12.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing rp-pppoe-3.10-12.fc17'
as soon as you are able to.
