error while saving account

Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I created a new ec2 provider .
2. Under cloud resource provider -- connectivity
3. If i give ec2 region other than the defined ones like us-east
and then save and then create a new account , the account doesn't save ,
Neither does it gives a proper message .(attached screenshot)

If for a provider only particular ec2 region is allowed then it will be better if are given a drop down with these values .

Actual results:

Expected results:

agree this is a bug, but I don't like the idea of a combo box/drop down list. ec2 adds regions too often for that :)

Right now we need a new deltacloud release every time ec2 adds a region. Conductor can just fill out the dropdown list from deltacloud, so we might as well provide a dropdown since we have access to the full list.
