Doc Text:
The Image page's auto-refresh displayed providers twice. This fix corrects the display mechanism for Conductor's backbone refresh action. The refresh action now displays providers on the Image page only once.

Description of problem:
After backbone update the page of image show, it displays provider twice.

How reproducible:
Go to image show page


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Environments -> Images -> click on some image
2.Wait for backbone refresh action
3.You will see providers twice
