Description of problem:

On a windows machine, the portal is unable to read the wsrp-consumers-config.xml and wsrp-producers-config.xml from the location ${gatein.conf.dir}

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 5.2
GateIn WSRP 2.1.0


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the wsrp-consumers-config.xml in /server/<server_name>/conf/gatein folder
2. Log into EPP and check the wsrp admin page to see if the custom file is shown

    Technical note added. If any revisions are required, please edit the "Technical Notes" field

    New Contents:
The WSRP extension didn't properly compute paths to the configuration files, resulting in the extension not being able to find the configuration files on Windows systems. The path computing algorithm has been changed to resolve this issue.
