Description of problem:
`systemctl enable` doesn't work for services that use the '@' feature of systemd.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
systemctl enable openvpn
  
Actual results:
Failed to issue method call: No such file or directory

Expected results:
ln -sf /lib/systemd/system/openvpn@.service /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/openvpn
