initscripts-4.80-3 attempts to eliminate the ipv4_forward_set and
ipv4_defrag_set functions, but there is still one remaining call to
ipv4_forward_set -- in the "reload" section.

Fixed in CVS;  will be fixed in initscripts-4.81.
