Description of problem:

$Subject, the new red hat banner graphic has text over the top of it, where it used to just be blank.  I talked with gcase, we both agreed that if it can look correct the graphic could be dropped since it's just taking up space if it has no text on it.

For me the margin between the top level black nav. menu and the next level red menu is too tight.  Adding a margin-bottom of 7px to the black menu resolves.  Also the magnifying glass in the search box is misaligned. Adding a top value of 43px instead of 38px resolves.  ...resolves on my system anyway.  Firefox 10.0.3, RHEL6.2, 1366x768.
