Description of problem:

using IE8 in a rdesktop session running by 1024x768, noticed that the provider text overruns the provider on/off toggle

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  start a rdesktop session with a resolution at 1024x768
2.  login as admin
3.  go to administer -> cloud resource providers
4.  notice overrun (see attachment)

dave changed his permissions in IE and this went away..
