Description of problem:
The number of tabs grew up to a number that may no longer fit the screen. The tabs that can not fit the space are now forming a new row of tabs, hiding the action links.

How reproducible:
Always, if your screen resolution is around 1024x768


Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox
2. login to ovirt
