Description scott.mann 2000-01-03 00:58:01 UTC
I am using kickstart and have the entry
xconfig --server "VGA16" --monitor "generic monitor"
in the ks.cfg file. When the system boots it generates:

/usr/lib/python1.5/site-packages/xf86config.py line 153 in setVidcard
	selfdevID=self.vidCards[0]["NAME"]
	TypeError: unsubscriptable object

Looks like a bug in the code or arguments to --server or --card
must be specified in an undocumented(?) way.

This issue should be fixed in the latest cut of the installer available in
RawHide (beta)
