:SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon from 'write' accesses on the sock_file native.
:***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************
:If you believe that gnome-settings-daemon should be allowed write access on the native sock_file by default.
:Then you should report this as a bug.
:You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
:allow this access for now by executing:
:# grep gnome-settings- /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
:# semodule -i mypol.pp

This looks like your /run directory is mislabeled?

restorecon -R -v /run
