ifup-aliases fails to find and setup static routes in
/etc/sysconfig/static-routes for aliases.

The grep of /etc/sysconfig/static-routes with $1 is incorrect,
should be $DEVICES which is set to the alias name.

This should be fixed in the errata initscripts.
