Because of bug #768846, I'd like to see all Perl packages being linked against
the same Berkeley database library version.

Currently latest subversion-perl-1.7.4-3.fc18 links to db4. Please replace
`db4-devel' build-require with `libdb-devel'.

subversion-perl-1.7.7-1.fc18.x86_64
[root@virt-f18g ~]# rpm -ql subversion-perl --requires | grep libdb
libdb-5.3.so()(64bit)
