Description of problem:
I updated a RedHat 8.0 installation with phoebe. 

Starting redhat-config-printer  fails with the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/redhat-config-printer", line 11, in ?
    import printconf_tui
  File "/usr/share/printconf/util/printconf_tui.py", line 45, in ?
    import cups_import
ImportError: No module named cups_import

Please fetch the latest version of redhat-config-printer from rawhide, which
contains the fix for this and many other bugs.
