Description of problem:
When create an application with not allowed name in blacklist like "openshift", it will return two rows of same error message like "The supplied application name is not allowed"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
stage-2.0.10

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into the openshift website.
2.Go to the application creating page.
3.Input not allowed name such as "jboss, openshift", and click the "Create Application" button.
  
Actual results:
It will return two rows of duplicate error message.

Expected results:
It should return only one proper error message.

It's fixed in devenv_1749.
