Description Aaron Sowry 2012-05-02 10:30:18 UTC
Description of problem:
I have dual screens (one DVI, one DP->DVI) connected to a single graphics card (NVIDIA Quadro FX1800). The relative position of these two screens can't be changed using control-center, although the screens are detected and otherwise working.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-3.4.1-1.fc17.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plug in a second screen and open "Displays"
2. Make some changes and click "Apply"

Actual results:
Get the following error message:

"GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: No such interface `org.gnome.SettingsDaemon.XRANDR_2' on object at path /org/gnome/SettingsDaemon/XRANDR"

Also, the title for this window is "Failed to apply configuration: %s", which I guess is a related (but somewhat less critical) bug.

After logging in and out again I was unable to reproduce this. Please close if it's not considered a bug in that case.
