Description of problem:

How reproducible:

Prerequisites : 
Client with following subscription-manager rpm.
Candlepin : onpremises server. 

Steps to Repro : 
Register client to candlepin using testuser1 with admin org .
List service list for invalid org ie : 
root@storm ~]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org 000000000

Expected Result : 
Message should display for invalid org.

Actual Result : 
[root@storm ~]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org 000000000
ERROR: The service-level command is not supported by the server.

[root@dhcp201-176 product]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org admin
               Available Service Levels
[root@dhcp201-176 product]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org admin123
ERROR: The service-level command is not supported by the server.
[root@dhcp201-176 product]# 

got same issue with stage 

[root@storm ~]# subscription-manager identity
Current identity is: a13f4698-0d98-4d15-8539-f592d32efb8f

org name: Anonymous User

[root@storm ~]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org 1234567

RPM used:
[root@skallesh product]# rpm -qa| grep subscription-manager

On stage:

[root@skallesh ~]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org 1234
Organization with id 1234 could not be found


[root@skallesh product]# subscription-manager service-level --list --org 12wef
Organization with id 12wef could not be found.
