Verbose output of rhn_check command

Description of problem:
All of my systems are filing to update packages on all of my configured channels. They all fail with:
Error while executing packages action: empty transaction [[6]]

All other functions work correctly. remote commands, profile update, etc

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.apply errata or package update through web console
2.run rhn_check from client cli
3.keep checking Schedule > Failed Actions for jobs to show up

Expected results:
updated packages

The output for rhn_check -vvv is attached
