Description of problem:

For language team adminstration,
when using the "Find Users To Add" dialog in Add Team Member,
after type the search string, it is expected that "Enter" should preform the search.

However, current action is just the "Find Users To Add" dialog, which is inconventient.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign as admin or language coordinator
2. Click "Languages" at menu bar.
3. Select a language group.
4. Click "Add Team Member"
5. "Find Users To Add" dialog should be opened at this point.
6. Type 'd' and press enter in search field
  
Actual results:
"Find Users To Add" dialog is closed

Expected results:
Username and name that contains 'd' should be listed in Search results
