Two instances of the logout button existed on the System Engine webpage. This fix removes the logout button on the bottom. Only one instance of the logout button remains.

Now we have only one log out button on top right.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
