FTP link can connect with login and password, but into user $HOME (not in /).
Most of files looks with '?' prefix in file name and are not accessible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable selinux (or allow ftp anywhere)
2. login as user
3. run mc
4. Press: F9, Left, FTP link,
5. type: username@localhost
5. Look at the list of files on left panel of mc
We are connected inside our $HOME (not in /) and can not go outside (like in chroot).
