User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_7_4) AppleWebKit/534.57.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1.7 Safari/534.57.2

The directory 'primer3_config' is missing from the package. This means that using PRIMER_THERMODYNAMIC_ALIGNMENT (which is now default) will fail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
$ primer3_core < /usr/share/doc/primer3-2.3.0/example

Actual Results:
The program designs no primers. Output contains the 'PRIMER_ERROR' - see below.

SEQUENCE_ID=example
[deleted some lines]..
PRIMER_ERROR=thermodynamic approach chosen, but path to thermodynamic parameters not specified

Expected Results:
No 'PRIMER_ERROR' errors

Could you check with the new version of primer3 (yum update primer3 --enablerepo=updates-testing) ?

Thanks!

Comment 2 Pierre-YvesChibon 2012-05-15 15:33:37 UTC
The version 2.3.2-2 which I just submitted to updates-testing should fix the problem :-)

Comment 3 Rasmus Ory Nielsen 2012-05-15 20:15:21 UTC
Thanks! Indeed the 2.3.2-2 fixes the problem.
