Description of problem:
Since I updated to Kernel 2.4.18-18.8 executing 'neat' from a shell produces the
following warning multiple times:

[root@marvin archiv]# neat   
Warning : Device eth1 has been compiled with version 13
of Wireless Extension, while we are using version 12.
Some things may be broken...

Rebuilding redhat-config-network out of the SRPM did not show any effect.

1.update Psyche to kernel 2.4.18-18.8
2.run 'neat'
