Description of problem: When a system has not checked in to spacewalk, its icon in the Updates column shows up with a question mark denoting an 'Unknown' status. If you click this icon, it takes you to a page that should give you more information, but instead I get 'Page not found'. This link points to https://spacewalk.nmrf.nih.gov/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-systems.jsp There is a second way to reach this link. If you look at the system's Details -> Overview -> System Status information when it has not checked in, there is a link that states "System not checking in with Spacewalk (more info)". This link points to https://spacewalk.nmrf.nih.gov/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-systems.jsp#s2-sm-system-list The s1-sm-systems.jsp file does not exist within a Spacewalk installation. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.7 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Shutdown or disable networking for a registered machine. 2.Its status on the Systems page will change to "Unknown" 3.Click the "Unknown" question mark icon. Actual results: Page not found. Expected results: A page with additional information. Additional info:
Thanks for the report. Actually I disabled the invalid links as there're no help pages in Spacewalk. disable "Unknown" status links ... spacewalk.git: 208b4aeeabee6f7f4bb95abce4da71189869dfdf the "more info" link was fixed in Bug 803353
