Description of problem:
When trying give VM NIC name which already exists. Following error appears in UI (see screenshot): NETWORK_INTERFACE_NAME_ALREADY_IN_USE

it looks ugly

please change it to something prettier, for example

Network interface name is already in use.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add NIC to VM
2.add second NIC to VM
3.try to rename second NIC to have same name as first NIC

  
Actual results:
NETWORK_INTERFACE_NAME_ALREADY_IN_USE

Expected results:
Network interface name is already in use.
