We need to upgrade SmartGWT to the next version (we are currently on 3.0, so anything above that).

We need this specifically to address a SmartGWT bug that we currently workaround via the fix for bug 818094

Once we upgrade SmartGWT, we can revert the commit for that workaround.

This means reverting git master commit f8d25ac1f598f8d3441e94ee2eaa1de6b7298eb3
To revert this, we just need to delete this blank.gif:

modules/enterprise/gui/coregui/src/main/webapp/org.rhq.enterprise.gui.coregui.CoreGUI/sc/skins/standard/images/blank.gif

Update: We're still using SmartGWT 3.0 and will be for 4.10.  I'm not sure there is a plan to move forward.  If not we can close this, otherwise let it float forward I guess.  I'll let Heiko Triage and move to 4.11 or just close it.
