The vulnerability sites (ISS, SecurityFocus) have no more information than is
currently available from the Changelog.  I chased it down further to potentially
the issue mentioned here; we'll need to spend some more time on this to isolate
the exact change and to see if the packages released with the various supported
distributions are vulnerable (and in what way).
