The email header X-Bugzilla-Version was useful for filtering different Fedora releases in to separate bug folders. The upgrade to 4.2 seems to have eaten it.

This will be fixed in an release later today. As a bonus, it will also handle multiple versions and multiple components (separated by ', ')
