bug video demonstration

Description of problem:
I can't seem to be able to resize a format a partition at the same time. If I check "resize", "format" is grayed out and vice versa. See video.

Available workaround is to delete the whole partition and create it from scratch

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F17 RC4
anaconda 17.29

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit standard partition
2. try to resize and format it at the same time

This should be allowed now in the new UI, though it'd be a bit convoluted. You would have to get into the resize dialog and shrink your partitions, then go back in and do custom partitioning and choose to reformat.
