perl-5.16.0: XS::APItest accesses memory after free()

Upstream 5.16.0 perl release has a bug in XS::APItest. The problem is in accessing unallocated memory. Reported to upstream mailing list with proposed patch (http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.perl.perl5.porters/109408).
We need to fix it after bumping 5.16.0 into Fedora.
This proposed fix has been merged into upstream as commit:

perl-5.16.1-230.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing perl-5.16.1-230.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
