Description of problem: There is a new upstream release, version 0.7.5, which fixes some bugs that 0.7.3 has with Django 1.4. Most notably to myself is a bug with datetime fields having default values when Django's time zone support is enabled. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.7.3-3 Upstream version available: 0.7.5
I cloned the Django-south fedpkg repo and updated it for 0.7.5. Other than a few minor changes, such as the lack of a doc/ directory and a small change to the build directory name the RPM built perfectly for me. You can find my git branch at http://git.thehellings.com/Django-south-fedora with the branch name 0.7.5. It should merge straight into your master branch from the current repo.

Thanks for your work.
