:SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/colord-sane from 'name_connect' accesses on the tcp_socket .
:
:***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************
:
:If you believe that colord-sane should be allowed name_connect access on the tcp_socket by default.
:Then you should report this as a bug.
:You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
:Do
:allow this access for now by executing:
:# grep colord-sane /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
:# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Miroslav Grepl 2012-06-04 15:06:57 UTC
Why does colord need to connect to this port?

I would say this could be a problem with colord-sane which we had?

Comment 2 Murat 2012-12-16 11:47:14 UTC
after starting my laptop selinux informed me

Package: (null)
OS Release: Fedora release 17 (Beefy Miracle)

Comment 3 Richard Hughes 2013-04-24 10:30:35 UTC
As of F18, colord doesn't ship the sane stuff by default now.
