3.x - [vdsm] vdsm fails to read iso which is owned by user vdsm without read permission for others

Description of problem:
vdsm fails to report iso which is owned by user vdsm without read permission for others
if file has following permissions (after upload via rhevm-iso-uploader)
-rw-r-----. 1 vdsm kvm 3834642432 Jun 1 12:00 /home/.../Fedora-17-x86_64-DVD.iso
and vdsm is accessing the file as user vdsm, vdsm should list the file in iso list which is passed to rhevm
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. upload iso to iso domain via iso uploader
2. refresh iso list in rhevm
newly uploaded iso is NOT visible in rhevm
newly uploaded iso is visible in rhevm
logs with and without read permission for others attached
This request was not resolved in time for the current release.
