When adding users to roles, "hidden user" is listed as a user that can be added to roles. This update removes "hidden user" from the list of users that can be added to roles.

Verified with following build:

katello-cli-common-0.1.108-1.el6_3.noarch
katello-0.1.313-1.el6_3.noarch
katello-cli-0.1.108-1.el6_3.noarch

Hidden user is not visible now. I verified with existing (administrator, Read Everything) and newly created roles.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
