Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Cause: Enabling audit logging in the directory server, and performing an LDAP ADD operation. Consequence: The ADD operation is not logged. Fix: Remove a regression in the audit log code that caused ADD operations to be ignored. Result: LDAP ADD operations are logged to the audit log.
