Description of problem:
eog's support for SVG is incomplete, in particular it ignores
the attribute: text-anchor="middle"
which causes text to be wrongly placed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Text is left aligned at x,y

Expected results:
Text should be centered at x,y
