Description of problem:
unbound fails to startup in fips mode

It also used RC4 for randomness. 

Fix is in rawhide, being tested. 1.4.17-3

Package unbound-1.4.17-1.fc17:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing unbound-1.4.17-1.fc17'
as soon as you are able to.

it no longer crashes, but there are still issues when resolving
