Fatal Python error: could not import bonobo.ui

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Installed Phoebe (0.92) over an 8.0 installation
2.  Terminal window - type in "up2date --register"

    

Actual Results:  error message

Expected Results:  register system with RHN
