From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021218 Description of problem: When I click on System Setting -> Printer, a dialog box "unknown error" pops up. I am using the 8.1 beta Phoebe, which was updated over a working 8.0 installation. In the 8.0 installation I had an HP Deskjet 1120 on LPT1, and a LaserJet 4 plus on a JetDirect card.
