In previous releases it was possible for users to pin their virtual machines to specific hosts from the User Portals. This functionality is now only available to users with administrative access to the Administration Portal or the REST API.

In User Portal the new/edit VM dialog should not contain the "Host" tab.

Verified - si12 - both UserPortal and API don't contain Host settings for VM.
