Description of problem:
ZNC-Infobot Module no longer replies with weather results when a user enters the command via irc. Other infobot commands appear to work fine.

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load module into ZNC
2.connect ZNC to IRC
3.With a client enter command in channel.
  
Actual results:
Nothing.

Expected results:
Weather forcast should be returned.

Has wunderground changed something?
