RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description Vladimir Benes 2012-07-11 16:49:50 UTC
Description of problem:
When I have g-d maximized it doesn't render my google docs correctly. No matter if it's spreadsheet, text or presentation. It looks like an issue with libevince or what is rendering content in g-d.
If I move it around a bit so it changes it's size to small it renders everything correctly (even the previously unrendered document)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evince-libs-3.4.0-2.el7.x86_64
gnome-documents-0.4.2-1.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.log into your google account
2.click some doc in maximized state

Actual results:
nothing renders

Expected results:
everything should work well

Comment 2 Martin Simon 2012-10-17 15:38:56 UTC
The bug is still present in latest version of evince-libs and gnome-documents
evince-libs-3.6.0-1
gnome-documents-3.6.0-1

I guess the problem is not only google docs related, I have the same problem with PDF and PostScript files too.

Comment 5 Cosimo Cecchi 2013-03-27 21:46:22 UTC
This should be now fixed in gnome-documents 3.8 which just hit the RHEL7 tree.

Comment 7 Vladimir Benes 2013-11-19 14:16:52 UTC
full screen rendering works correctly
