Description of problem:
An invalid glossary PO file is not rejected by the server when pushing via the python client.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.7-SNAPSHOT
Python client: 1.3.3-29-gee3c

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Modify a valid compendium glossary PO file and make it invalid (i.e. remove one of the msgid's).
2. Push this file using the python client command: 
zanata glossary push --lang <language> <invalid_file>
  
Actual results:
"Successfully pushed glossary to the server"

Expected results:
An error informing that the file could not be pushed.

Additional info:
The same file is rejected when pushing via the maven client.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
