Description of problem:
User portal is not passing hostsubject to spice-xpi (webadmin does).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhevm-3.1.0-5.el6ev.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a host and identify it by it's FQDN
2. Try to run a VM on the host
3. Connect to the VM
  
Actual results:
The connection fails (Could not connecto graphics server) , because of an SSL error

Expected results:
The connection works properly

Additional info:
It works just fine in webadmin

Verified - si12 - above described scenario no longer reproduces. When using FQDN for host's name ticket is set up well and connection to VM works fine.
