Steps to Reproduce:
1.4*ports BCM5709, configure 1 port as PXE boot and another as iscsi offload boot.
2.after OS installation to the iscsi Lun, the default iface(tcp) is used. ( this is another issue bz839498 ) and the bnx2i offload iface is configured.	
3. perform 'iscsiadm -m fw -l' to login the target via the TOE
4. perform iscsiadm -m discovery to send discovery to the target via the TOE
  
Actual results:
fail to login and send discovery to the target via the TOE
