Incorrect link generation caused users to redirect to the user details page after clicking a user group name on the Global Role Grants page. This fix corrects the link generation and provides proper URL mapping for user group names on the Global Role Grants page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a user group "usr_grp_az".
2.Navigate to  Global role grants and assign any role to user group "usr_grp_az".
3.click on the "usr_grp_az" name.
  
Actual results:
on Global Role Grants page, when clicked on user group name,user details page displayed instead of user group details.
see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
should be redirected to user group details page.
