Description of problem:

please improve the following error when trying to create a template based on a vm with only direct lun disks: 

Cannot create Template. VM has no disks

The behaviour should be that creation of template should succeed and template should just not include the LUN(s).
Same should be in case of shared disks.

This may be a duplicate, Liron, please verify or fix.
