Description of problem:
Status icon on VM which is created under CL/DC 3.0 has always red icon (unplugged) see screenshot. Hotplug feature is not supported for CL 3.0 so the icon should be always green (plugged).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM under DC/CL 3.0
2. Add a NIC to VM (see screenshot)

In  Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Version: '3.1.0-10.el6ev'  icon is still wrong. See screenshot 2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM under DC/CL 3.0
2. Add a NIC to VM (see screenshot)
  

if you modify the cenario as follows it does not work:
Virtual machines -> new desktop -> guide me -> configure network interfaces -> ok -> configure later

Another problem with activate- if the vm is down, but the the vnic is activated the remove is disabled.

Both problem fixed in commit 52d27bff13d4ca7f2383d14aa0266c615760e45a
