I experienced this issue too. Resume on kernel-3.4.5-2.fc17.x86_64 works as expected

Same here!

Getting rid from the described phenomenon by updating to kernel-3.5.0-1.fc17.

Comment 4 Dave Jones 2012-07-27 15:32:01 UTC
excellent, that should go to stable fairly soon.

Excuse me, but I can't figure out where kernel-3.5.0-1.fc17 can be taken from? Did you rebuild .src.rpm for rawhide kernel?

Comment 6 Justin M. Forbes 2012-07-27 20:22:31 UTC
kernel-3.5.0-1.fc17 should be in updates-testing at the moment. Please update, test and let us know if it works for you.

No, I took it from Koji:

kernel-3.5.0-1.fc17 now seems missing at repositories, so I tried the one Joachim Backes had pointed to. No success, my system still just boots after hibernation so I switched back to 3.4.5-2.fc17

It isn't filed as an update yet. Should be later today.

Tried kernel-3.5.0-2.fc17.x86_64 from http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/kernel/3.5.0/2.fc17/x86_64/ and happy to report that hibernation works for me now

Comment 11 Joachim Backes 2012-08-10 08:13:10 UTC
3.5.1-1.fc17.x86_64 from Koji fixes my issue.

Same for me with kernel-3.5.1-1.
