Description of problem:
I was confused about purpose of the guide. It is called "Getting Started Guide", but content is something like "Getting Started with Provisioning Guide" IMO.

Introduction section talks about provisioning, but other
sections mentions more (ISS and kickstarting API calls). Would
it be possible to get it into introduction as well?

Guide has been expanded beyond provisioning. Verified.
